OUR PET POLICY:

• Sherwood allows dogs and cats
• Two pets per apartment home
• A pet addendum and vet records are required
• Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chow-Chow, Doberman, Mastiff, Husky, Malamute, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, German Shepherd, and other non-domestic breeds will not be allowed on the property.

PET FEES

• Pet: $35 monthly pet rent per pet.
• $300 non-refundable fee for one pet.
• $400 non-refundable for two pets.
